    To make sure you’re comfortable, here are a few things to bring along:

    A yoga mat (if you like using your own)

    Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in

    Swimsuit, shorts and/or sports bra (for sauna + cold plunge)

    Towels (one for sauna/plunge, one for shower if you’d like)

    Flip-flops or slip-on sandals

    A cozy change of clothes for after the plunge

    Water bottle

    Journal + pen (if you’d like to jot down reflections)

    A couple of little reminders: try to arrive hydrated, eat something light beforehand, and give yourself some space after to integrate everything you experience.
